Beginner Russian Course: What is the difference between this video course and others?

Most of the language courses which can be found today are based on explaining grammar and other rules in a native language of student. In other words, 90% of the time a student sees and hears his native language and only %10 learns a new language.

In this course you will not hear your native language. From the first minutes of the course you will begin to learn and understand Russian and only Russian. The course does not contain unnecessary information. Live spoken language is only used. All lessons, dialogues and texts are written with subtitles in English and adapted for the best learning experience.  Every phrase in this course you hear and read will be understandable to you. English subtitles are given only according closer literal meaning, but there is not the case to be “beautiful English”.

All lessons are built with one goal: to learn Russian. The lessons are gradually becoming more complex and interconnected. Therefore, it is recommended to study them in order. Grammar is naturally included in the course. Everything you need is in one place.

BEGINNER COURSE: LEVEL A1 -A2

For this course is recommended to complete first our free Alphabet course because you have to read in Russian. You can start the beginner course from completely zero.

Completing this course you can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type. Can introduce yourself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details. Can communicate in routine tasks requiring a simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters. Can speak and express yourself in simple daily life situations. Can read and understand simple texts and books.
